Neighborhood Revitalization Plan

Overview


The Paola City Council adopted a Neighborhood Revitalization Plan (NRP) that is intended to promote the revitalization of a portion of the city through rehabilitation, conservation, or redevelopment of the area in order to protect the sound growth of the city.

The primary intent of the Neighborhood Revitalization Plan is to provide the community with a long-term increase and stabilization in their property tax base by encouraging rehabilitation which might not otherwise occur.		Neighborhood Homes
